Saturday 4 May | 9.30am – 4.30pm | with Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang
What is Emptiness? Emptiness is not nothingness, but is the real nature of phenomena. If we learn to see beyond our ordinary and deceptive views of reality, we can develop the ability to change our perception and gradually overcome all of our negative mental habits that cause us to suffer and experience problems.
Buddha taught that all phenomena are like rainbows, appearing to us when the right conditions come together ~ however, when we search for them, we cannot find them. On this day course, Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang will explain practical and powerful methods to understand how all our problems arise because we do not realise ultimate truth. By developing this special understanding of the way things really exist, we will gain real freedom from suffering, and will also be able to benefit others more effectively.
Everyone Welcome.
