Move closer to perfect and lasting happiness by engaging in a short Lamrim retreat. Lamrim is a special set of instructions that includes all the essential teachings of Buddha.  The retreat will be based on the book The Mirror of Dharma with Additions by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche available from Tharpa Publications.

The retreat will be led by guest teacher, Gen Kelsang Pagpa which will be preceded by a day course, The Healing Power of Meditation on Saturday 22 August.
