Sunday 31 August | 9.30am – 1pm | with Gen Kelsang Tubpa

We all want to feel good about ourselves. However, not understanding our true potential we sometimes feel inadequate and lack self-confidence. On this half day course will learn how to develop our inner courage and overcome the fears and anxieties that stop us from realising our true potential.

Gen Tubpa will share precious advice on how to let go of paralysing thoughts and feelings, so that we can discover the hero within. By learning how to relate to our extraordinary hidden potential rather than our limitations, we can develop an inner confidence and happiness and come to view ourselves in a supremely positive and constructive way.
