Change can sometime seem daunting and almost impossible to achieve. In these two sessions of teaching and meditation, we can learn Buddhist wisdom to gain confidence to face change within the challenges of modern living with a peaceful mind and compassion.
Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy this relaxing break from daily life, no previous experience is necessary.

About the Teacher

The course will be taught by Georgina Pugh, a Kadampa Buddhist with many years of teaching experience. Herfriendly, practical teaching style and clear presentation inspires people from all walks of life to solve their problems and discover inner peace through meditation.
