Saturday 27 June | 10am – 4.30pm | with Kadam Bridget Heyes

We all long for lasting inner peace and contentment, but usually we find it difficult to control our mind – it is like a balloon in the wind, blown here and there by external circumstances.

On this special day course, Kadam Bridget Heyes will explore how we can free ourselves from the endless distractions of our busy, overstimulated minds, and discover instead the true joy of inner peace and stillness.

The course will include three sessions of liberating meditations and inspiring talks.

Everybody is welcome.
