Anger is one of the most common and destructive delusions, and it afflicts our mind almost every day. To solve the problem of anger, we first need to recognize the anger within our own mind, acknowledge how it harms both ourself and others, and then appreciate the benefits of being patient when we encounter frustrating situations.
On this half day course, Helen Richardson will guide us through the stages of recognizing and reducing our minds of anger and frustration, will also share invaluable practical methods for letting go of this destructive mental habit in our daily life.
