Saturday 15 March | 9.30am – 1pm | with Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang
Grateful people are happy people. We often become very focused on what we don’t have, and we forget to appreciate and feel grateful for what we do have ~ and the enormous amount of benefit we receive from others. Through simple meditations using Buddhist wisdom, we can reflect on the truth of our situation and take the time to fully appreciate our life and wish to use it to its full potential.
On this half day course Gen-la Kunsang will introduce meditations that enable us to develop and deepen our gratitude towards others and fully appreciate the acts of kindness that are all around us. By understanding how we are all interconnected in a web of kindness, our world view will radically change and many of our daily problems will vanish.
