We all have bad habits and experience negative states of mind. If we identify with these habits and negative ways of thinking, then we can easily feel discouraged and unable to change. Buddha’s teachings show us how we can relate to ourselves in a far more positive way.
On this 3-week course, Kelsang Nampur will explain how we can transform our mind and overcome our negative mental habits that cause us so many problems. In this way, we can develop a special spiritual confidence that empowers us to find lasting peace and happiness, and become the person we really want to be.
