About the event

What does it mean to transform our lives?

At the moment, we are often like servants of our mind: whenever it wants to do something, we have follow it without any choice.

In How to Transform your Life: A Blissful Journey, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, says:

“Through practising the instructions presented in this book we can transform our life from a state of misery into one of pure and everlasting happiness.”

Drawing on these instructions, this half day course will offer practical guidance on how to improve our everyday experiences and cultivate inner peace by making a conscious choice about what we are feeling. We can use these methods to help us in our daily life, so that we gradually develop the freedom to choose how we respond to situations and people.

Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is necessary.
