- a fabulous two course meal in the wonderful surroundings of Kilnwick Percy Hall.
Learn how to keep your mind calm and positive, even in difficult circumstances. Enjoy guided meditations so we can experience a deep inner peace that will reduce the stress, busyness and anxiety that we hold in our minds. After the meditation class, join us for a delicious two course vegetarian lunch and then enjoy the afternoon in the beautiful and peaceful grounds. A very meaningful way to spend a Sunday out.
Please note pre-booking for the meal is essential. If you are only attending the meditation class, there is no need to book.
