A Half Day Course at KMC York | Sat 20 May | 10am-1pm

with Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang

Patience is a mind that is able to accept, fully and happily, whatever occurs. It is much more than just gritting our teeth and putting up with things. Being patient means to welcome wholeheartedly whatever arises, having given up the idea that things should be other than what they are. But how can we cultivate this precious mind?

On this half day course Gen-la Kunsang will offer practical methods to develop the mind of patience – including invaluable advice on how we can adopt this outlook in even the most challenging and difficult situations. She will explain how to develop real inner stoicism and mental strength to sustain both ourselves and others, regardless of the external circumstances.

Everyone is welcome. Suitable for beginners and those with some experience.
