reinvent yourself

A special event | Madhyamaka Kadampa Meditation Centre | Saturday 29 January | 2-5pm

Join Buddhist nun Gen-la Kunsang, for a life-changing event

About the event

The new year is a symbol of possibility. We wish to change and for our lives to go in a better direction but for that to happen we need to connect with the potential that exists within our minds.

Everything depends on the mind. Our entire world depends upon our mind.
The more we understand this, that the mind is changing moment by moment, and that meditation is a method to purify our mind, the more we realize that we can reinvent our self.
We can put our creativity to good use by deciding to become the best possible version of our ‘self’, that is, an enlightened being.

In this course, through talks and guided meditations, the teacher will introduce us to Buddhist meditation and show how we use it to transform our mind.
Through these skilful and creative methods we initiate the change we all long for.
