December theme: Surviving Christmas! Festive not Restive!

Christmas and New Year should be a time of joy, goodwill and togetherness. But it can also bring a sense of disappointment, and frustration. After all, everybody else seems to be having such fun. Don’t they? People are desperate to be happy. But we all know how this can lead to stress, pressure, friction, and sadness. 


We can make some simple changes in our outlook and mental habits to get us through the festive period more happily and more relaxed. By finding mental peace for ourselves we can make the most of our own break and help others to enjoy theirs.


This 3-week course is designed to do exactly that. To give us a mental survival kit to get through the break unscathed and in good emotional shape. 

These feature classes cover a wide range of engaging topics. Drop in whenever you can as each class is self-contained.

The classes include 2 guided meditations and a practical teaching on how to apply the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings to busy modern life. Not to be missed!

The classes conclude with the opportunity for questions and answers.



Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang is highly experienced, well-respected and has been a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for almost 30 years.

She is also the National Spiritual Director of Austria, Switzerland, Italy and South Africa and teaches at National Festivals and Dharma Celebrations.

She has won the admiration and affection of many students throughout the world through her pure example and loving-kindness. Her teachings are powerful and clear.
