Course Info

As we go about our daily lives we carry a load of emotional baggage with us from the past that prevents us from enjoying life and living in the present.

On this half day course with Buddhist meditation teacher, Margaret Hoyle, we will learn that meditation is all about letting go of our past experiences, letting go of bad memories, letting go of all the things that have happened in the past, that we recreate in the present.

Gradually our mind becomes clear, our mind becomes free and peaceful and we are able to enjoy the present to the full, through the power of meditation.

Everybody welcome!

Our courses are a perfect way to both relax and develop internally. They are ideal for those who are new to meditation and those who would like to improve.

 FIND LASTING HAPPINESS

The purpose of meditation is to make the mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we will experience true happiness.
