Learn to Meditate in Half a Day

    Saturday 10 April | 10am – 1pm

    This course will be live-streamed direct to your home. When you have booked below you will be sent a link to access the class but if you are unable to join at the specified time, a recording will be available for you to watch for a further 2 days.

    This course is for everyone in our area of East and North Yorkshire and those connected to Madhyamaka KMC, KMC York, our branch class areas of Scarborough, Bridlington, Beverley, Stamford Bridge, Goole and anyone else who would have planned to attend in person.

Learn to Meditate in Half a Day

Meditation is increasingly recognisable as an effective method to reduce stress and improve our quality of life.

Learn how to meditate with an experienced meditation teacher who will guide you through simple meditations for increasing your wellbeing and peace of mind.
Emma will also explain the essentials of meditation, such as what are the best objects to focus on, and how to increase our mindfulness and concentration.  We can then feel confident and prepared to put our understanding into practice.

Everyone is welcome!

Our courses are a perfect way to both relax and develop internally. They are ideal for those who are new to meditation and those who would like to improve.
