Sometimes it can be difficult to stay positive and happy when our lives are so busy and stressful. We want to relax and experience peace of mind, but struggle to do this amidst all the pressures and demands of daily life. This weekend course provides the perfect opportunity to take some time out and rejuvenate in the peaceful and inspiring surroundings of Madhyamaka KMC.
On the course, Gen Kelsang Norden will explain simple techniques for uplifting and energising our mind. We will learn how to discover our own potential for lasting peace and happiness through meditation and the development of inner wisdom.
Everyone is Welcome. Suitable for beginners and those with some experience of meditation.
TEACHER
The weekend course will be taught by visiting teacher Gen Kelsang Norden. Gen Norden was ordained as a Buddhist nun in 1994 and has dedicated her life to teaching modern Buddhism and meditation throughout the U.S. and the U.K. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge to share with students, which she presents with humour, warmth and clarity.
On this weekend course, Gen Norden will provide clear and practical advice for those wishing to develop a meditation practice and discover a positive, resilient approach to life.
