Medicine Buddha Blessing Empowerment

Medicine Buddha

We all know how much our physical and mental wellbeing depend on our own mind. We want to be free from the debilitating effects of stress, anxiety and other painful mental states but we rarely know how to overcome them.

Our real inner sickness is our delusions, the negative mental habits that seem so hard to break. But with the help of Medicine Buddha we can do just that.

Medicine Buddha meditation is a special method which can help us to heal our own minds, to find greater health and happiness and become of more value to others.

In the Empowerment ceremony Gen-la Kunsang will explain how to make a personal connection with Medicine Buddha. This will be followed by an accessible, practical explanation of how we can all rely upon this beautiful, rewarding practice.

It is no surprise that Medicine Buddha is so popular both with those new to meditation and more experienced meditators alike. It is a practice for everyone.
