About the course
On this special weekend course, Gen-la Kunsang will introduce meditations and teachings on the correct understanding of subtle impermanence. At the moment, we often experience attachment and irritation towards our family, friends, pets or the places we are familar with. We do not realise that we ourselves, and the objects to which we are attached, are changing from moment to moment. They do not last for a second moment. If we can begin to understand subtle impermanence, we will discover a powerful method for reducing our attachment, anger, ignorance and other negative minds, and we will develop a lasting solution to all of our daily problems.
This experiential and inspiring course will enable us to uncover the beauty and power of the meditations on impermanence. By gaining experience of these meditations we will develop the ability to transform our life and bring real benefit to ourselves and others.
The course is open to everyone, no previous experience is necessary.
