The classes include 2 guided meditations and a practical teaching on how to apply the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings to busy modern life.
The classes conclude with the opportunity to discuss the class with the teacher and/or other members of the class.

In this class, you will be guided in simple relaxing meditations and a practical talk that will help you melt away the stresses and strains of the week and feel light and peaceful so you can enjoy your weekend.
Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is necessary.
