These classes cover a wide range of engaging topics. Drop in whenever you can as each class is self-contained.

Included are two guided meditations and a practical teaching on how to apply the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings to busy modern life.

The classes conclude with the opportunity to discuss the class with the teacher and/or other members of the class.
