Dealing with Pain – Saturday course with Kelsang Uma
Coping with physical, mental, or emotional pain is difficult at any time in our life but is even more challenging in these times of uncertainty. Buddha taught many methods to help us deal with pain, to help us protect our mind in particular.
On this half-day course, Kelsang Uma will teach us how we can deal with painful feelings, both in our body and our mind. As well as lessening our pain, these techniques help us to view our suffering in a new light and make it part of our spiritual path.
