Peace: The Best Gift for Christmas | 23 – 26 Dec | with Gen Kelsang Lhachog
Take a few days out to relax in the peaceful surroundings of Madhyamaka KMC over the festive break.
On this special course, Gen Lhachog will explain how to discover and deepen our experience of inner peace through meditation, and how we can share this experience with others. Introducing the practice of the Buddha of Compassion, Avalokiteshvara, we will learn methods to enhance our compassion and activate our Buddha potential. In this way, we can enrich our own lives and the lives of others, contribute to world peace and make our holidays truly meaningful.
Everyone is welcome. You can book for the whole course or just come for the day.
