    The Buddhist Way of Loving Kindness: Post Summer Festival Retreat

      This event will be live-streamed direct to your home and you will be able to access the recordings until Monday 31 August

      Sunday evening introduction starts at 7.30pm
      Course ends at 1pm on Friday

      Suitable for everyone.

      It is not necessary to have attended the festival to engage in this retreat.

    • Course Fee & Booking

      £60.  Free for standard and benefactor members.

    PLEASE NOTE: The retreat is now fully booked. However, if you would still like to have access to the recordings (which will remain online until the end of August) then please purchase the retreat as normal. You won’t receive a link to join the live classes, but on your order confirmation there will be a link to access the recordings, which are updated within approximately 30 minutes of each live class ending.

    The Buddhist Way of Loving Kindness

    Following on from the International Summer Festival that will be live-streamed from Manjushri KMC, UK, Gen Kelsang Rabten will lead a retreat based on the teachings and commentaries received at the Festival.

    This will be a wonderful opportunity to take teachings from the Festival to heart and deepen our understanding and familiarity with the practice.

    Monday 10 August
    Session One: 9 – 10.15am
    Session Two: 11.30 – 12.30pm
    Session Three: 4 – 5.15pm (inc Q&A)
    Offering to the Spiritual Guide Chanted Prayers :7.30 – 9.30pm

    Tuesday 11 to Thursday 13 August
    Session One: 9 – 10.15am
    Session Two: 11.30 – 12.30pm

    Teacher

    Gen Kelsang Rabten, National Spiritual Director for Kadampa Buddhism in Australia, New Zealand, and South East Asia and Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Singapore.

    He has trained under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for over twenty-five years. His deep faith in Buddha’s teachings, and the sincerity of his practice inspire many people to embark on a meaningful and rich spiritual life.
