    1.  In Person.  There will be limited spaces available in the meditation room therefore booking is essential.  We shall be adhering to Covid safety guidelines and face masks are required to be worn in the building, unless you are excempt.  

    2.  Online – live-streamed direct to your home at the time of the course.

Course Info

By cultivating mental stillness in meditation we will see how it is possible to maintain a sense of peace and contentment throughout our day. With pure concentration our body and mind are always comfortable and flexible and we gain control over our mind.

It is suitable for beginners wanting to learn the basics of effective meditation and for experienced meditators who wish to deepen their practice.

Everyone is welcome.

Our courses are a perfect way to both relax and develop internally. They are ideal for those who are new to meditation and those who would like to improve.
