    This course is available either:

    1.  In Person.  There will be limited spaces available in the meditation room therefore booking is essential.  We shall be adhering to Covid safety guidelines and face masks are required to be worn in the building, unless you are excempt.  

    2.  Online – live-streamed direct to your home at the time of the course. 

    These classes are for everyone in our area of East and North Yorkshire and those connected to Madhyamaka KMC, KMC York, our branch class areas of Scarborough, Bridlington, Beverley, Stamford Bridge, Goole.  If you live elsewhere you can find your local centre who will be offering livestream classes here

Course Info


Life can be a challenge at times, seemingly full of problems and difficulties, which leave us feeling stressed, anxious, and unhappy.


In this course we will learn a selection of meditations to have in our toolkit, so we can purposefully nourish the qualities in our mind that lead to happiness and reduce our painful thoughts and feelings.  Having a toolkit of meditations we can confidently deal with life’s challenges and be free from problems.

Everyone is welcome.

Our courses are a perfect way to both relax and develop internally. They are ideal for those who are new to meditation and those who would like to improve.
