Life can be a challenge at times, seemingly full of problems and difficulties, which leave us feeling stressed, anxious, and unhappy.
In this course we will learn a selection of meditations to have in our toolkit, so we can purposefully nourish the qualities in our mind that lead to happiness and reduce our painful thoughts and feelings. Having a toolkit of meditations we can confidently deal with life challenges and be free from problems.
Everyone is welcome.
Our courses are a perfect way to both relax and develop internally. They are ideal for those who are new to meditation and those who would like to improve.
