Course info

For many of us daily life is a constant struggle to keep buoyant and happy. We solve one problem then another steps up to take its place, one adversity after another, like soldiers in a line of battle. It feels endless. We seem to be left with only two choices – fight or run.

Can I change my luck? Is there an alternative solution? Yes, there is. We can reject the mental responses which actually deepen and prolong our problems. Instead we can cultivate effective methods to transform our difficulties. We can reduce and finally abandon our negative mental habits and replace them with a new and confident realism.

Everyone is welcome to join this course with Gen-la Kunsang where we will be introduced to the extraordinary tools that Modern Buddhism has for us so that we can make ourselves lucky people.

Everybody welcome!

Our courses are a perfect way to both relax and develop internally. They are ideal for those who are new to meditation and those who would like to improve.

About the course: What will each session consist of? Guided by an experienced meditation teacher, this course includes guided meditations and teaching.  What if I’m new to this? Everyone is welcome to participate in this course and will benefit both new and experienced people alike.
