Saturday 25 February | 9.30am – 1pm | with Gen Kelsang Tubpa

On this half day course Gen Kelsang Tubpa will teach us techniques for developing and maintaining inner peace. When the world around us is increasingly turbulent and uncertain, we often find it challenging to remain calm and focused. We become like a balloon blown by the wind, unable to control which direction we are taken in.
By using Buddhist wisdom we can develop our ability to remain peaceful in times of change and instability. Eventually we can cultivate inner strength and flexibility, and become a source of inspiration and happiness to those around us.
Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is necessary.
