Overcoming Stress & Anxiety

Many people suffer from feelings of anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life. During this course, we will explore meditation methods and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings, that will help us to let go of our stressed and anxious minds and deal more confidently and effectively with our daily problems.

Everybody is welcome – no need for any previous experience of meditation.
