1.  In Person.  There will be limited spaces available in the meditation room therefore booking is essential.  We shall be adhering to Covid safety guidelines and face masks are required to be worn in the building, unless you are excempt.  

2.  Online – live-streamed direct to your home at the time of the course.

About the Course

The first thing we notice when we sit down to meditate is the cacophony of noise in our mind. So what is it like when we are not meditating, amid all the busyness and distraction of daily life? No wonder we go to bed tired and stressed. It is like we have had a mad person with a megaphone in our head all day long! And most of the time we let that person get away with it if not actively encourage them.

This course is to help us to say STOP to the OVER-THINKING!

Gen-la Kunsang will explain the essential steps to pacify our restless mind in meditation. We can then use these same skills to prevent our mental chatter consuming our energy and attention in daily life. Let’s learn to take some control over our mind instead of our mind controlling us.

What will each session consist of?
​​Guided by an experienced meditation teacher, this course includes guided meditations and teaching.

What if I’m new to this?
Everyone is welcome to participate in this course and will benefit both new and experienced people alike.
