About the event
Many people suffer from feelings of anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life.
In this meditation workshop the teacher will explore techniques and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us to let go of overwhelming feelings and emotions, and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively.
Everybody is welcome – no need for any previous experience of meditation.

This class is available in-person or online (live-streamed. The class will then be available to view for 5 days to those who have purchased to watch online)
