About the event

Some people see anxiety as a kind of illness or weakness that needs treating. In that case we would need to treat the entire world. Our whole reality is the nature of anxiety, uncertainty and confusion. But we can change that by changing our mind.

Anxiety is not a fault. It is completely normal in our world. How could we expect it to be otherwise? It is endemic in a world contaminated by confusion, delusion and ignorance. But the world as we experience it depends on our mind. That is its weakness. By changing our mind we can change our experience.

This short course will help us to reduce anxiety by tackling its inner causes – our delusions and wrong views. By removing these from our mind we can find mental peace. A peaceful mind is resilient, confident and strong. Within a peaceful mind there is no room for anxiety.
