Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Tharpa
Based on the book “Modern Buddhism” this class will look at the science of meditation that Buddha taught to develop our human potential with wisdom and compassion, like two wings of a bird with which we can fly beyond our suffering and confusion.
The classes include 2 guided meditations and a practical teaching on how to apply the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings to busy modern life and conclude with the opportunity to discuss with the teacher and/or other members of the class.
