Living Lightly ~ a half day course with Gen Kelsang Tubpa

About the Course

When we find ourselves in turbulent and challenging situations it can be difficult to keep a positive perspective on the world around us. Instead, our response can often be heavy-hearted feelings of discouragement, fear, anger or helplessness. On this half day course, Gen Tubpa will teach us how to transform adversity into the spiritual path by shining the light of spiritual wisdom onto our problems and worries.

Through this practice, rather than feeling discouraged by all the problems and pain we see around us, we can develop the capacity to turn these negativities around and use them to empower our mind. As a result, instead of feeling overwhelmed or helpless, we will experience an inner peace and ability to transform suffering into lighter, positive states of mind, such as love, compassion and joy. This ability enables us to not only grow spiritually, but also to exude a powerful and positive influence on our world and become a beacon of hope to those around us.
