Saturday 22 July | 9.30am – 1pm with Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang
Sometimes a good friend might tell us it’s time to move on in life. We know it – but we can’t. We feel stuck. Something is holding us back. It can even feel wrong to move on: from a loss, from a past relationship, from being hurt or damaged, from something we did wrong, from painful memories or guilt. It feels we are chained to the past rather than looking forward to our future. At other times it is us giving the advice but it falls on deaf ears because we don’t know how to do it ourselves.
On this half day course Gen-la Kunsang will encourage us to break the chains of guilt, resentment and disappointment and show us how to move forward in a way which is realistic and more forgiving of ourselves and others.
Everyone is Welcome.
