Sat 25 November | Letting Go of Anger and Resentment | with Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang
Anger harms our health, our relationships and our peace of mind. On this day course we will learn why we get irritated, frustrated and angry, how these feelings develop into harmful states of resentment, and how we can prevent them.
By putting these instructions into practice in our normal daily lives we can gradually eliminate many of our unpeaceful states of mind that are caused by anger, and instead develop positive and enjoyable relationships with our family, friends and everyone around us.

Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang
The course will be taught by Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang. Gen-la is a highly experienced teacher and meditator who has been a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over thirty years. She has won the admiration and affection of many students throughout the world through her pure example and loving kindness. On this day course, Gen-la will provide clear and practical advice for those learning meditation for the first time, as well as invaluable guidance and support for those with some experience
