We often want to forgive others but find it difficult to let go of the past and move on. Holding onto blame and resentment towards other people for our problems and pain harms both ourselves and those around us.
On this day course, Gen-la Kunsang will explain practical methods for developing positive approaches to our relationships with others and healing our past grievances. In this way we can discover the inner freedom of learning to forgive and move on in our lives.

About the Teacher
The course will be taught by Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang. Gen-la is a highly experienced teacher and meditator who has been a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over thirty years. She has won the admiration and affection of many students throughout the world through her pure example and loving kindness. On this weekend course, Gen-la will provide clear and practical advice for those learning meditation for the first time, as well as invaluable guidance and support for those with some experience.
