These weekend retreats introduce simple meditation techniques that help us to develop peace of mind. The course includes practical advice on how to maintain the experience of inner peace in daily life, and time to discuss the ideas presented.
The relaxed schedule allows plenty of time to explore the beautiful grounds with woodland and lake walks, or take in the view with a coffee in our cosy World Peace Cafe. We look forward to welcoming you and hope you go home feeling relaxed and nourished.
The retreats are held in one of our lovely meditation rooms.
A range of comfortable accommodation is available and meals and course fees are included within the cost.
Teacher
Each weekend retreat is taught by an experienced Kadampa Buddhist meditation teacher. (See individual retreats for further info).
