JANUARY RETREATS

Making special time for you

Play Video

January is the month when we put aside some time and enjoy the opportunity to participate in retreat. There is nothing better we can do for ourselves and others – especially those we love and care about – than getting our mind into good shape for the year ahead. And the best way to do that is retreat.

Retreat creates around us a special environment of relaxation and peace. It allows us to explore, learn, experience and develop both our spiritual qualities and practical skills for a happier, more confident life.

The three January retreats each last five days. One is open to everybody, the others to those with tantric empowerments. This gives everyone an opportunity to take advantage of the beautiful, tranquil environment of Madhyamaka Centre.

You can attend on a residential or non-residential basis or even participate online. You can join a whole retreat or as many sessions you can manage. Everything is organised – all you need to do is relax, enjoy and meditate.
