How to Accept What Can’t Be Changed

Talk and guided meditation event with International Guest Teacher, Gen Kelsang Togden
Learn how to cultivate the inner wisdom needed to accept and transform situations that are outside of our control. Buddha helps us to understand the difference between outer and inner problems.  When we cannot solve outer problems, we can avoid inner problems by practising specific meditations, relying upon mindfulness and positive ways of thinking.  This gives us the clarity of mind to deal with the external situation with wisdom.
Geshe Kelsang Gyatso says in the book ‘How to Transform Your Life’, “We can transform all adverse conditions into opportunities for developing realisations of the spiritual path that will bring us pure and everlasting happiness.” How wonderful!

    Everybody welcome!

Our talks and courses are a perfect way to both relax and develop internally. They are ideal for those who are new to meditation and those who would like to improve.

    About the talk:
This event includes guided meditation and teaching.

What if I’m new to this?
Everyone is welcome to participate and will benefit both new and experienced people alike.

    More questions?
Contact info@madhyamaka.org and someone will happily help you with your query.

No experience necessary, everyone is welcome
