Finding Stillness Within Day Retreat
Join Guest Teacher, Paul Jenkins, Resident Teacher of Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre for this live-streamed guided meditation day retreat.
This retreat offers a practical opportunity to engage in guided meditation and learn how to improve both our mindfulness and concentration. By cultivating mental stillness in meditation we will see how it is possible to maintain a sense of peace and contentment throughout our day. With pure concentration our body and mind are always comfortable and flexible and we gain control over our mind.
It is suitable for beginners wanting to learn the basics of effective meditation and for experienced meditators who wish to deepen their practice.
Everybody welcome!
Our courses are a perfect way to both relax and develop internally. They are ideal for those who are new to meditation and those who would like to improve.
