Saturday 14 October | 9.30am – 4.30pm with Richard Brown

In his wisdom teachings, Buddha reveals the true nature of reality – emptiness, which opens the door to limitless possibility.

Of all Buddha’s teachings, none are more far-reaching and transformative than his teachings on emptiness.  It is through our training in and understanding of emptiness that we can come to permanently solve all our problems and be of real benefit to others.

On this special day course Richard Brown will reveal teachings and guide powerful meditations on the emptiness of the self. He will also be giving practical instructions on how to apply teachings on emptiness to our everyday lives.

This course is designed for those who wish to refresh their understanding and experience of training in emptiness and for those who have little or no experience of this profound subject.  Although course content may be technical at times, it will be presented in a way that is easily accessible to the adept and novice meditator alike.

Everybody Welcome.
