7 – 8.15pm | June 15, 22 & 29 | with Gen Kelsang Chokga
The development of inner strength depends upon our mind. If we wish to cultivate genuine resilience and positivity, even in the face of adversity, then we need to develop a mind of patience. This will enable us to gradually free our mind from anger, irritation, self-doubt and other negative states that undermine our inner strength and make us feel weak and vulnerable.
On this three-week course, Gen Chokga will be explain how to identify and abandon these harmful minds and cultivate true resilience and inner strength.
